In accordance with Utah County’s Citizen Participation Plan and the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), the following notice is to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the submission of the 2013 CDBG Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER).

Notice of Consultant Services NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS Mountainland Association of Governments  (MAG) is soliciting the services of qualified teams/individuals to perform consulting services for the following project: Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG) Strategic Plan Completion This contract will hire a consultant/individual to complete the Strategic Plan for MAG. Some survey data has already been collected but additional data may also need to be acquired. MAG is now looking to hire a consultant/individual to complete a Strategic Plan for the entire agency.

2013-2018 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS)

2013-2018 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) The Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG), representing the Mountainland Economic Development District (MEDD), hired Avalanche Consulting to assist with the five-year update of the region’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The CEDS update maintains the EDD’s eligibility to apply for economic development funds from the US Economic Development Administration (EDA). Additionally, the update process offers the MEDD an opportunity to redefine a vision for the region, bringing local communities together around cohesive goals and prioritizing the projects that will help reach these goals. 2013 - 2018 CEDS

Budget FY-2014-2015
