MAG has a continued presence at the Utah Legislative session each year. In addition to seeking additional funding for our programs, we advocate for other bills that benefit the citizens in our region.

NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS

Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform consulting services for the following project:

South Utah County Bicycle and Pedestrian Study

This project will produce an regional  active transportation plan for the geographic area of Utah County south of Provo, and include the communities of Springville, Mapleton, Salem, Spanish Fork, Woodland Hills, Elk Ridge, Payson, and Santaquin, as well as the unincorporated areas surrounding the communities governed by Utah County.  The project will seek to build on, integrate and improve existing plans to create a seamless network of on- and off-street facilities that will connect the region with walking, biking and other non-motorized transportation modes that will make it easier for residents to access employment centers, schools, public transit, and other regional destinations. The plan will incorporate connections to multiple transportation modes.
