Services: The Caregiver Support program assists caregivers in their care of individuals 60 years of age and older who are unable to perform routine activities to care for themselves, or if the caregiver is over the age of 55 and caring for an adult with disabilities. Services may include case management, respite, personal care aides, adult day care, information & referral, and caregiver support groups.
