| In-home services | Case management and nursing evaluations may be conducted utilizing a combination of in-person and virtual contact, depending on individual program policies. Please contact your assigned case manager for additional information. |
| Ombudsman | Advocacy will continue virtually or in person for those living in long-term residential and nursing care facilities. |
| Meals on Wheels/ Senior Centers | Meals on Wheels will continue delivery service with contact-less delivery. Utah, Wasatch & Summit county senior centers are continuing to provide in-person congregate lunches. Please contact your senior center for additional information. |
| Classes/presentations | Education classes will have both virtual and in-person opportunities throughout the year, while observing social distancing where possible. |
| Weatherization | Weatherization services are continuing with additional safety precautions for staff when working with clients. |
| HEAT | HEAT will resume in-person applications by appointment. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 801-229-3855. |
If it becomes necessary to temporarily stop delivery of services, we will notify you directly. We will keep you informed with additional steps we are taking.
