Assistance at Home

Mountainland offers in-home programs that allow adults to remain in their homes where they want to be. These in-home programs provide non-medical services such as personal care, homemaking/chore services, non-medical transportation and more.

To determine eligibility, counselors assist families and individuals to identify which program fits their needs. Needs and eligibility are assessed over the phone or in person. Counselors provide information on community, government, veteran, Medicare and Medicaid, and private pay options, giving individuals and families the tools they need to make decisions about their long-term care.
