Utah Valley Rides

Utah Valley Rides is a door-to-door, pilot program providing reliable transportation to seniors and persons with disabilities in Provo and Orem. The program provides rides from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Vans are equipped to transport passengers with mobility devices such as wheelchairs, power chairs and walkers.

Residents over 65 years of age or those with disabilities who meet UTA's reduced fare requirements are eligible for the program. Rides can be scheduled to the doctor's office, grocery store or anywhere else they need to go within Provo and Orem. There is a recommended $2 donation per trip, but all qualifying riders will be accommodated.

Utah Valley Rides is staffed by volunteers and funded by Mountainland Association of Governments, UTA (Utah Transit Authority) and United Way of Utah County.
