When an individual consumer visits this website ("Visitors"), we may collect certain kinds of personally identifiable information. The information we collect will vary depending upon the function the Visitor selects and the information the Visitor provides. For example, we may collect the following categories of personally identifiable information:
First and Last Name

Any combination of personal information that could be used to determine identity
Other information that is not personally identifiable such as IP address, operating system and web browser software is also collected from every visitor to the MAG website.
We may automatically collect summary information, stored in a "cookie" specific to this web site. This information is used to improve the content of our Web pages. No other information is gathered from your browser. The summary information is not traceable to a particular Visitor unless the Visitor has voluntarily identified himself or herself. If a Visitor logs in to conduct business, transactions may be tracked and changes maintained on our backend systems for both troubleshooting and confirmation purposes. Any information requested to conduct business is for our internal use to service your request. The Credit Card information is kept on a separate secure server and it is not accessible by any other entities except Mountainland AOG.
Except where specified, you do not have to provide personally identifiable information to visit or download information from the Mountainland AOG web site, and unless you choose to make your personally identifiable information available to us, Mountainland AOG does not collect such information from you.
We do not share information gathered at our web site with any other government agency or private company with the exception of information received through the on-line Volunteer Application Form. In addition, we may also share information with third parties in response to a subpoena; to prevent fraud; to comply with an inquiry by a government agency or other regulator; or as necessary for other legal purposes.
Procedures for Access by the User to View or Correct Personally Identifiable Information Unless otherwise prohibited by State law, federal law, or federal regulation, an individual may access and correct Personally Identifiable Information whether or not the inaccuracy was created by accident, unauthorized access, or a change in circumstances.
