A Letter from the Director

  Welcome to the Home Page of Mountainland Aging & Family Services Department.  We are working hard to make our site easy to navigate and welcome your suggestions for improvements. Serving seniors and their families in Summit, Utah, and Wasatch counties, we are here to provide services and information that enable seniors to remain healthier and maintain their independence at home and in the community. We offer assistance while being careful not to assume the personal responsibility of individuals and their families in their choices and personal care. Our goal is to answer your question(s) directly or to connect you with someone who can. We operate the Meals-on-Wheels Program. We have programs that provide non-medical services to help with essential daily activities. We can help you select a prescription drug plan, or refer you to other service providers in our area or throughout the country to ensure your needs are met.  (See the drop-down menu under “Services” above.) Because we have small staff and limited funding, we utilize volunteers in many of our programs.  Please consider donating (click on the donate button, top/left) or volunteering with us.
