Over 2,000 seniors are residents of approximately sixty nursing homes and assisted living facilities in our three-county service area of Summit, Utah, and Wasatch Counties.

Our Ombudsman Program has only two part-time positions that visit seniors in these facilities to respond to their resident rights concerns.

We are looking for volunteers who are willing to become "friendly visitors" and become our eyes and ears as we try to be good advocates for many who feel that there is no one to turn to for their concerns.

We will perform any investigations that are necessary; you can bring smiles and warmth to many who are lonely and discouraged.
