In collaboration with the non-entitlement jurisdictions within the Mountainland region, and various service providers, the 2010 Mountainland Regional Consolidated Plan has been updated to meet State and Federal requirements. The plan maintains the region's eligibility for Utah Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Funding (CDBG) and other HUD formula funds.
