Area Agency on Aging Four-Year Plan The Area Agency on Aging Four-Year Plan, Third Year Update, FY 2010, has been approved by the Mountainland Executive Council and the State Division of Aging and Adult Services Board. The plan meets a federal requirement under the Older American's Act, and outlines the goals and services to be provided by the Department of Aging and Family Services in the 2010 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009. The plan also details progress and accomplishments of the department in meeting prior service goals and areas of focus.
